Tucker McAlpin
Tucker McAlpin is the owner, Principal Broker, and Auctioneer of Bluegrass Auction & Realty, bringing more than 16 years of experience in the real estate and auction industry. As a full-time real estate agent and auctioneer, Tucker has been involved in hundreds of successful real estate transactions and auctions throughout Somerset, Pulaski County, and the surrounding Lake Cumberland area.
Born and raised in Somerset, Kentucky, Tucker has a deep understanding of the community he proudly calls home. His local connections, extensive experience, and commitment to his clients have helped him build lasting relationships and a strong reputation throughout the region.
Outside of real estate and auctions, Tucker is heavily involved in his community, church, and charitable organizations. He believes strongly in giving back to the community that has given so much to him and his family.
Tucker and his wife are raising their three children on a small farm in Nancy, Kentucky, which they purchased at auction in 2014. His personal experience as a buyer, seller, and auction participant gives him a unique perspective and genuine understanding of the people he serves.

Amy Tucker
Amy has been a licensed Realtor since 2007 and brings nearly two decades of experience in both real estate and auction operations. Since becoming licensed, she has worked extensively on the administrative and operations side of the business, helping ensure transactions are handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish.
Born and raised in Science Hill, Kentucky, Amy is an active member of Saline Baptist Church and is dedicated to serving the people and communities of Pulaski County.
At Bluegrass Auction & Realty, Amy will serve as both a Realtor and Operations Coordinator, continuing to provide the exceptional service and attention to detail that clients deserve.

Kevin Wilson
Kevin has been a Kentucky Licensed Realtor® since 2008 and a Kentucky Licensed Principal Auctioneer since 2010, bringing years of experience helping clients buy, sell, and market real estate through both traditional listings and the auction method.
Kevin and his wife, Jodie McClendon Wilson, have been married since 1994 and built their home in the Faubush community of Pulaski County in 2002. Deeply rooted in the community, Kevin values relationships built on honesty, integrity, and trust. He is committed to providing every client with professional guidance, exceptional service, and a positive experience from the initial consultation through closing.

In addition to serving at Bluegrass Auction & Realty, Kevin continues operating as the General Manager of Somerset 106 and WTLO Radio, a position he has held since 2011. His leadership in local broadcasting has allowed him to build strong relationships throughout the Lake Cumberland region while helping local businesses and organizations grow through effective marketing and communication. That experience, combined with his passion for real estate and auctions, makes him a valuable resource for clients looking to maximize the exposure of their property.
Hannah McAlpin
Hannah McAlpin serves as the Auction Marketing Manager for Bluegrass Auction & Realty, playing an important role in the marketing, organization, and presentation of the company’s auctions.
Hannah assists with developing and coordinating auction marketing, preparing for auction events, and helping ensure each auction is presented in a professional and organized manner. She also assists with bidder registration and check-in on auction day and handles many of the behind-the-scenes details that help each event run smoothly.
With a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating a welcoming and professional environment, Hannah takes pride in making sure the Bluegrass office and auction events reflect the company’s commitment to quality and service.
Hannah is proud to be part of the Bluegrass Auction & Realty team and enjoys working alongside her husband, Tucker McAlpin, and the rest of the Bluegrass team to serve clients throughout Somerset, Pulaski County, and the surrounding Lake Cumberland area.
